Liverpool-based company Citrus Suite, known for their award-winning app service for games, books and health, have created a sister website development service for clients and local independents of Liverpool and The North West.

The launch comes after the prominent demand for their style of website development, which means full brand control. Unlike other website development companies, Citrus Suite, has a small team which works on websites single handily.

The company – based in the Baltic Creative complex in Liverpool – has already started making websites for well-paying clients such as London’s IJAD Dance Company. Their website is due to be launched during a dance presentation this year at Liverpool’s Foundation for Art and Creative Technology (FACT).

Citrus Suite are set to offer designs especially for sites cooperating with WordPress and Joomla. Their services also include ‘Full brand control with ecommerce options, compatible with responsive designs and templates of your choice.’

CEO of Citrus Suite, Chris Morland said: “We are known for our app development in the Baltic Triangle of Liverpool city centre. We have occasionally dabbled here and there making websites for clients who need one to go alongside their app, but never properly have we considered it. It’s the right time now. There are so many new businesses and independents in need of websites being made and we want to be a service people will come to, to help these businesses thrive and promote themselves in the right way possible.”

Clients are any start-up businesses, brands or companies in need of a website they cannot create themselves, although the company only take on a small amount of projects at once due to the company being a small team.

With Citrus being an independent business, their apps have won them many awards in the past for design and development, such as the App of The Year Award 2012 and Future Leaders Award.

Their website development service is up and running as of now.
